Located at the Third Ring Road in Beijing CBD area, opposite the iconic CCTV Headquarters, this new Grade A office tower is the last and final component of the prestigious Fortune Plaza project. It completes a development which already features offices, apartments, a 5 star hotel and retail.
Beijing second tallest building on completion in 2014, the 60-storey tall tower provides prestige office accommodation in this prime location and rises from the street to a height of 267 m.

The tower, in form, configuration and articulation acknowledges and echoes the design of the existing buildings with inclined façade planes and curved corners, yet it is scaled, articulated and refined to reflect its importance. Clad in a full curtain wall, with articulated fins, all finished in silver colored aluminum and reflective glass in a doubleglazing units, a taut and elegant skin is provided to the carefully sculpture tower.
A main entrance lobby, finished in imported granites and marble is enclosed by a clear glass screen, linking it visually and physically to the extensive park outside.
Enriched with waterwalls and artwork, it provides an appropriately scaled and articulated, elegant foyer to the tall tower. Column free office space with a generous floor to ceiling height provides an exclusive office accommodation.
A Sky Lobby is formed on the 32nd floor and served by 6 express lifts to guarantee a high efficiency.
Carparking and mechanical plantrooms are housed in the basement structure which extends over the whole site and are linked to the existing, adjoining provisions.
